• Initial space is roughly 3200 sq.ft. Plenty of room to begin the journey with the objective to eventually take over the entire facility.

• Ability to expand to have outdoor accommodations, such as a deck or patio, for guests and visitors.

• Will work with local eateries/restaurants to provide food options for patrons.

• Satiate the demand of locally sourced, produced, and poured spirits.
