Bourbon

Per the American Bourbon Association, in order to be classified as bourbon:  “Bourbon is a whiskey which needs to be distilled from a mixture of grains, or mash, that's at least 51% corn. It must also be aged in a new, charred oak barrel.”


This is the most in demand product nationally. Locally it is still a young market with high demand for local products. This can be an opportunity for us to make our mark in the community and the local/regional/state market and beyond.


Different expressions using grain ratios, char levels, barrel sizes, and ages will help diversify and fortify the brand.


Bourbon will become the flagship of our brand.
