American Whiskey
American Whiskey is like bourbon. It is aged in an oak barrel for a minimum of two years.
Unlike bourbon, however, it does not need to age in a new charred oak barrel. It can be aged in any oak barrel new or previously filled. The ability to utilize used barrels allows us to move faster to market with an original product. The barrels we can use can be provided through various avenues including using the empty barrels from our sourced blends.
We will be able to provide different expressions through the use of different wood barrels, aging, and mash bills.
